Table Etiquette & Ethic

This was an amazing experience for we guys, we learned lot from this session, we went to the Sri Lanka Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management to learn about table etiquette and ethics.

              We reached that place at about 11 am. First we had warm welcome and then the first session started. It was about table etiquette

.  One of the lecture at Hotel school taught us about occasion, how to behave properly, how to hand shake properly, different table manners followed by different nations and many more. It was a quite interactive session, and the facilitator did a great job on explaining to us and we honestly learnt lots of new things.

            Next session was the most waiting session for us.  We had the opportunity to experience a lunch with above learnt table etiquette.  First we were given an avocado drink after that we were given a soup with a piece of bread. After that came the lunch it was very delicious we enjoyed it a lot. And after that we had a desert, it was a coffee cake it was the first time we tasted that kind of cake. Our facilitator did not forget to walk around and correct mistakes we made. It became very helpful in learning how to use all the tools properly.

               It was wonderful activity we enjoyed and learnt lot about table etiquette which is very much important to our lives.
