WARNING!!!...

You may wonder how the hell Pakistan police Department may arrest you ...yeahh it is just a humor but if you miss it..... will see what will happen!!!!!!!
Personal progress development is a module in Software engineering course .This module does not effect to the GPA but it carries 2 credits every year as well students need to pass the subject to get the degree. Though it does not effect to the GPA it has a huge impact on our future carrier.
PPD help us to develop our personality , self confidence , public speaking , time management ,how to face challenges etc . There were very well organized various kind of sessions to improve above mentioned qualities . Most important thing is these sessions were conducted in an interesting way which ultimately improved students various qualities. Here are some of the activities done
Most of the students fail in interviews because of lack of communication skills.PPD sessions were heavily focused on improving the communication skills. Every day after the session at least 10 students were asked give a brief expression about the event. That helped to get rid of the fear for speak in public . PPD sessions were conducted within our batch mates so we were free to exchange our ideas and we were not reluctant to express our ideas in front of a crowd. Though these sessions were simple and sweet they made a big impact on us and we felt much easy and comfortable when we do presentations latter part of the second semester .
According to the my point of view as a software engineering student we need to improve our technical skills as well as a good personality to face interviews and job carrier .So PPD sessions are very important for our future in variuos ways.As I mentioned earlier you may understand why you will be arrested if you miss PPD .
So enjoy PPD and enjoy your future.
